In order to offer security to our clients, we must start with our collaborators. Therefore, we are fully covered by Workers' Compensation insurance as required by Florida state law. Likewise, we maintain the auto insurance levels recommended by the insurance industry for all company vehicles.
Our license can be found in the proposal packets, which include a photocopy of our roofing and general contractor licenses. You can also check the Florida DBPR website.
We will use plywood to cover and protect your driveway. We use dump trucks and trailers, not dumpsters. We cover your bushes with tarps and place a magnet on your lawn to make sure there are no roofing nails left in your yard. Daily sweeps will be conducted to ensure that no dangerous roof debris remains on the ground.
All of our quote packages come with a job gantt. There we detail the work dates as well as the permits and final project.
As part of our work and commitment to you, we schedule all inspections and meet with inspectors.
The satisfaction of our clients is the main thing for us. That is why we divide the payments into 3 moments: The first 30% is made when signing the contract, 40% will be after the second inspection and the last 30% at the end of the project.
You can! Our team will work to minimize the inconvenience, allowing you to remain in your home or commercial building while the work is done.

Will! All of our roofing projects come with our workmanship guarantee as all materials come with a manufacturer's guarantee.
